Director of Carré, Richard Carré, spoke to us about what the business offers: “We deliver high-quality work with a personable approach. We are invested in our clients, their goals, and their project objectives.”
Customers are clearly at the heart of the business, driving the reasons behind the establishment of the company seven years ago, as Richard explains: “After many years of working in a private practice and having experienced both the positives and negatives, I wanted to take the positives and provide them to my clients, without the negatives.”

Carré launched their new branding and website in 2020, featuring a clean, sharp design. Speaking of the refresh, Richard mentions: “Refreshing our website along with our branding has allowed us to ensure that our digital image matches the evolving nature of our business.”

The website clearly demonstrates the key services offered by the business and the customers they serve, with links off to individual service pages which are packed full of helpful information, highlighting key features and the benefits of choosing the business.
The website features details on team members and pictures of the team and office space to provide a personal touch, whilst service pages feature a contact banner encouraging visitors to get in touch, taking you to a professional contact us page. Richard explains: “Our website has made us more accessible to clients that would otherwise not have found us. This is a great benefit to the business.”
Five-star testimonials take pride of place on the website homepage, showcasing the great feedback the business has received from their customers. Featured case studies also show real life examples of the projects the business has worked on.
Carré uses a .co.uk domain for their website and email address, and Richard explains why they chose this extension:
“The .co.uk is a well-recognised domain in the UK and gives our clients assurance.”
He adds: “While it’s difficult to measure the impact this choice of domain has had on the business; it has certainly been received positively.” Richard explains the process of registering the domain through a registrar was easy and straightforward: “Being in the industry I am, it’s not something I know the ins and outs of, so having each step explained took the pressure off of me greatly.” He continues: “I also appreciate being able to bring ideas to my web design agency for them to find practical solutions to bring those ideas to life.”
The business also has a presence across LinkedIn and Facebook, featuring an array of interactive posts, videos and images, helping to boost visibility and engagement. Speaking of the benefits of social media for the business, Richard told us: “Social media channels are a great way of sharing regular updates with our followers on new and interesting instructions. They also allow us to engage with interested parties on industry-specific topics of conversation.”
