To access your Nominet Online Services account, login using the email address you used to register your domain name and the password you created. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be able to view all the domain names that have been registered with that email address.
To log into your Nominet Online Services account, you’ll need access to the email address you used to register your domain name.
Visit our forgotten password or first time logging in link to generate an email which will allow you to create a password for your account.
Alternatively, you can contact one of our team at domainsupport@nominet.uk or call us on +44 (0) 330 236 9470 and we will generate a password reset email for you.
If you’ve forgotten your password, use the Nominet Online Services login page to request a password reset email to be sent to you.
This will be sent to the email address you registered your domain name with and will contain a link to set up a new password.
If you don’t receive a reset password email, it may be that the email address you entered isn’t the one held with your domain name.
If you’d like to check or update this email address, please get in touch with your registrar (the company who looks after your domain name for you), who will be able to help you change your details. If you don’t know who your registrar is, please use our domain name lookup tool.
Please note we won’t be able to send the password reset email to any address other than the one listed in your registration details.
If you no longer have access to the email address that we have listed against your domain name registration and are unable to update this through your registrar, you will need to go through a process to re-establish your identity and update the email address that we hold against your domain name.
Please note that there is a fee of £10 plus VAT to re-establish your identity.
