Mitek verifies people quickly and securely through digital footprints, ID documentation and facial biometrics.
In most cases, when we need to verify your identity, we’ll invite you to complete the process through an email containing a link to Mitek. Alternatively, you may receive an email directly from Mitek.
The link will take you to the Mitek platform where you can enter your details and receive an SMS verification code to gain access and submit relevant information and documentation.
This will include completing a liveness check, to ensure a real human is completing the process, and uploading documents for photo ID and proof of address (such as Driving Licence, passport, bank statement or bill).
