How do I verify my identity?

We use Mitek, an identity verification service, to complete ID checks for several domain processes.

If we need to verify your identity, you’ll have been invited to complete ID verification through an email containing a link to Mitek. Alternatively, you may receive an email directly from Mitek.

Using the link sent to you, this will take you to Mitek where you can enter your details and receive an SMS verification code to gain access and submit relevant information and documentation.

Once you have accessed Mitek you will be required to complete a liveness check, to ensure a real human is completing the process, and asked to upload documents for photo ID and proof of address (such as Driving Licence, passport, bank statement or bill).
