What do I do if I’ve lost access to my email account?

If you no longer have access to the email address that we have listed against your domain name registration, and are unable to update this through your registrar, you will need to go through a process to re-establish your identity in order to update your contact details.

There is a fee of £10 plus VAT to re-establish your identity and update the email address that we hold against your domain name.
